It's not very active apparently... (to say the least) But it exists.
I suspect the "rating" as indicated limits its interests to possible posters, as not everyone has the same standards of a bad date.

Someone should pimp it anyway, or steal the concept and make it new some place else with looser rules (as in : you make the criterias).

I mean, someone ELSE than me, considering the low number of people reading this LJ.
